The company was originally incorporated
under the name
'SIDHVAN LEASE FINANCE PVT. LTD'
In the year 1984 the company diversified
into the manufacture of Polyester Twisted yarn by setting up a unit at
Sarigam in the state of Gujrat in 1986. By the end of the year it was felt
that texturising of the yarn should also be done in house and hence the
company backward integrated into texturing of the yarn. Consequently the
companies name was changed to
'SIDHVAN YARNS PVT. LTD.'
in 1987 to reflect the true nature and
activity of the company. In 1987 the company was exclusively engaged in the
texturising and twisting activity and had given up the leasing business
entirely. As the market awareness for the brand increased the demand also
increased. The entire plant was enhanced and shifted to a larger plot of
land in the Union Territory of Daman in the year 1992. Subsequently in the
year 2000 manufacture of yarns for embroidery, zari covering & covered
rubber yarns was also added to the product basket
Today the company and its products are well
received in both Indian and International markets. |
